Mabushi is in the phase 2 development plan of Abuja. It is adjacent to Wuse 2 and Utako districts but the road network inside Mabushi is not yet fully developed. It is about 10 minutes drive to the city centre.
Mabushi is an upmarket Abuja phase 2 neighbourhood that sits to the west of the city centre. The area is urban and relatively well developed. It is strategically located on the crossroads between inner and outer Abuja districts.
The neighbourhood has a residential character with considerable commercial elements. A few governmental agencies have offices in the area.
Green space and tree-lined streets are prominent features of this district, similarly, large expansive residences.

Mabushi is a trending location. It has its fair share of beautiful homes; keeping in line with many of Abuja’s other neighborhoods. The area has good security and enjoys proximity to the city centre without the hustle and bustle of inner areas. There has been strong demand for homes in Mabushi, especially from mid-upper income people. The district has seen significant private sector investment, with a number of luxury estates having been built.
